Oh yes, it’s Ladies night and the feeling’s right……..to quote Kool and the Gang!
Ladies night is an institution in Dubai in it’s own right. Every Tuesday the girls can find free drinks being offered to them by the nicest bars and restaurants in the city. I would really recommend the website LadiesNightDubai.com to find where the offers are near you. Last night I tried Lock, Stock & Barrel in Tecom.
Our hotel in is the Tecom region and a short walk away from the Grand Millennium Hotel. It was a surprise to find a bar such as Lock, Stock & Barrel here as the hotel is smart, corporate and quiet. Nonetheless, if you walk out of the lift on the 8th floor then you are immediately welcomed in to a warm, friendly, buzzing environment. If I’m honest, it was a little reminiscent of my student days in Southampton, but not in a bad way I can reassure you!
The place is packed on a Tuesday but I reckon you’ll find this to be the case most nights. They can’t help it; it’s got such a friendly atmosphere with pool tables and live bands that it is the perfect venue to invite all your favourite pals and spend the whole evening making new ones too.
Back to the Ladies night offer and you’ll find yourself enjoying 3 free drinks tickets. Well, that’s just an offer I can’t refuse.
Or, if you’re of the culinary persuasion then the brunch looks a pretty tempting offer! I might just have to sample it for you guys too 😉
